Pear Stuffed Turkey Breast - Gina's Gourmet
- 4 (6 oz) Turkey Breast
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jar Gina's Gourmet Pear Spread (9 oz)
- 6 thin slices Swiss cheese
- 4 thin slices of prosciutto or ham
- 1 cup seasoned dried bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray baking dish or cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Pound each breast between 2 sheets of plastic wrap or wax paper using a rolling pin or meat mallet. Sprinkle each breast with salt and pepper.
Place cheese slice and prosciutto or ham slice on top of each breast and top with 1 to 2 tablespoons of pear spread. Roll each breast up and secure with a toothpick.
