Peach Crostini - Gina's Gourmet

Ingredients: 

  • 1 loaf rustic crostini bread (I use French bread)
  • 1 jar Gina's Gourmet Peach Spread (9oz)
  • 1 package sliced prosciutto (3oz)
  • 1 tub ricotta (8oz)
  • 1 green onion, diced

Directions:

Preheat oven 400°. Slice bread in ½ slices and toast for 7 minutes. Spread a tablespoon of ricotta on to bread. Add sliced prosciutto and top with peach spread and chives. Serve immediately.
