Apple Spread Slow-Cooked Chicken - Gina's Gourmet
- 1 to 2 lbs. Boneless Chicken Breast or Thighs
- 1 9-ounce jar of Gina's Gourmet Apple Spread
- 1 12-ounce can of beer
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. Kosher salt
Add chicken to slow cooker.
Pour apple spread over chicken.
Add beer, garlic, onion powder, salt
Set on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Serve over rice.
