Apple Spread Oatmeal Walnut Cookies - Gina's Gourmet
- 1-cup all-purpose flour
- 1-teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup shortening
- ¾ cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup Gina's Gourmet Apple Spread
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Using a large bowl, cream together the shortening and sugar. Beat in the eggs until well blended. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into the sugar mixture until well blended. Fold in apple spread, walnuts
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Let cool and serve.
