Pumpkin Parfaits

Ingredients:

1 jar Gina’s Gourmet Pumpkin Spread, 9oz

1 container cool whip, 8oz

1 pkg. gingersnap cookies, 10oz

Directions:

Crush gingersnap cookies and set aside. Add cookies to bottom of parfait glass, spoon pumpkin spread into glass, add a dollup of cool whip and top with more gingersnap cookies. Repeat layers until glass is full. Top with crushed gingersnaps. Refrigerate until served.
