Pumpkin Cupcakes

Ingredients: 

1 package spice cake mix, 18.25oz

1 ½ cup Gina’s Gourmet Pumpkin Spread

Frosting Ingredients:

½ cup butter, softened

1 pkg. cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add cupcake paper liners to muffin tins.

In a large bowl, mix together the spice cake mix and pumpkin spread until well blended. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake for 20 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool and serve, or store in the refrigerator.

 

Frosting Directions:

Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.

Spread over cupcakes once cooled and top with toasted pecans (optional).
