Mini Dark Chocolate Strawberry Cakes - Gina's Gourmet

Ingredients:

  • 3 ½ ounces dark chocolate
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 Tbsp. Gina’s Gourmet Strawberry Spread
  • 4 eggs

 Directions:

Melt chocolate and butter in sauce pan, remove from heat, mix in sugar, flour and eggs. Divide the batter between 4 buttered ramekins, add strawberry spread. Bake in ramekins until sides are golden brown and the middle slightly jiggles, about 15 to minutes. Let cool for 1 minute, run knife around the outside and invert sliding onto plate. Sprinkle with cocoa and top with whip cream (optional).
